Delivery and Shipping
Goods will be dispathced between Monday to Friday and usually the day after the order has been placed, depending on time of order. Please allow up to 5 working days for your product to be received. Delivery to UK addresses is £4.99 on all orders, and an extra £5.00 to overseas addresses. The extra postage can be paid here:

In the unlikely event that your goods fail to arrive within 14 days of dispatch, you will have the option of either a full refund or a replacement shipment, depending on stock. Please ensure that you contact us in writing (email) within 14 days if you have not received your order.
Please note that if we are not contacted in writing within 14 days, it will be assumed that you have received your order as requested. Where an incorrect address has been given to us with the order, we reserve the right to charge for any extra carriage costs incurred.

Returns
In the unlikely event that your goods arrive faulty or damaged, or a fault becomes apparent in the first 14 days after delivery, we will either provide a full refund, minus postage, or dispatch new goods as soon as possible, depending on stock, after the faulty goods have been returned to us. If the goods are not faulty you have 7 working days from the day after the goods arrive to cancel the order and return the goods at your cost for a refund. A refund will be provided within 30 days. We cannot refund postage. We expect any returned goods to be returned in the condition originally sold including any product packaging.

Pricing
Prices on orders for out-of-stock or pre-release items are valid for 10 days after the order is placed. If there are price changes when stock becomes available again customers will be informed of any change before any payment is processed and offered the opportunity to cancel the order.
We have limited stock on all products, especially the rare and limited edition vinyl. If the product you order is out of stock you will be notified by email and refunded in full.
